I went there for over 5 years, they lost my files on plenty occasions, bill the wrong insurance and want me to fix it, staff is very unorganized and lazy, they say one thing and do another, stay on them when you go in there that is while you are waiting 2 hours to see anyone.....dr ambroz works at too many places and has the foggiest idea why you are there sometimes, he just wants to keep you medicated and have you jacked up....either stay at the va or this practice....

A DOCTOR THAT HAS BEEN TREATING ME FOR 5YRS FOR PAIN , THEN CAME IN ONE DAY AND DECIDED THAT HE WAS CUTTING ME COLD TURKEY, WHICH FOUND OUT THATS A FEDERAL LAW .... HE & HIS STAFF SEES BCBS SIGNS AND THEY TAKE YOU THEN SPEND NOT EVEN 5MINS IN THE ROOM WITH YOU . YOU HAVE TO TELL HIM WHAT KIND OF MEDS U NEED AND HAVE TO EXPLAIN UR PROBLEM AND TELL HIM WHT TO WRITE YOU...WARNING NOT A VERY GOOD BED SIDE MANER DOCTOR AND VERY RUDE , DOESNT CARE WHT HE SAYS AND DOESNT CARE IF HE MAKES U CRY !!!!!
