Go to another Doctor, His staff is rude and obnoxious, I had blood work done, ended up with low vit d, he never followed up !!!!!! Not a good Md at all !!!!!

Greatest doctor ever, My family and I have been going to him since early 80's. He is very down to earth and the most knowledgable doctor that I have ever been to. Thank you for taking care of my family and myself.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alvarez sice the 1980's. Dr. Alvarez is the most knowledgable, Patient, caring doctor I know. Since the first time i meet him he has ALWAYS made me feel comfortable, like as if i was talking with a friend rather than a doctor.He is dead on with his diagnosis for any problem i may go to him for. Dr. Alvarez takes his time with you,so you don't feel like he's rushing you out of his office to get to the next patient. I would and have recommended many family members and friends to him , because he is just so down to earth.Thanks Dr. Alvarez for all the wonderful care you have provided to me throughout these years.

Have been a patient since the early 1980's - Dr. Alvarez has always been professional with me, I'm female & attractive, I was shocked at what else was written here....that's not the Dr. Alvarez I know....he's very devoted to his family from what I have seen. I don't like that often there are Intern's from Yale frequently interviewing me and involved in the consult...I also don't care for the girls who handle the ins. paperwork, but the quality of the Dr. is EXCELLENT, and he's always been right on for diagnosis with me and my family. Again, he's been my personal physician since around 1980 or before that...
