I read the reviews on this doctor before I chose her for my kids. I have a 3 and 8 year old. They were both scared to have their eyes examined. She was sweet and personable and at the end of the exam both kids wanted to hug her and my daughter wants to sketch a thank you drawing for her! She ha a way with kids, I will book my appointment with her next week. I highly recommend this trust worthy Ophthalmologist. And I suggest readig reviews before chosing your doctor.

Amazing amazing, took my two kids to see her and now I will make an appointment for the other three. My 4 year old has Down syndrome and she is difficult to work with but this doctor was so gentle and informative. So so nice. She spent so much time with us. Great great doctor over all.

Me and my 81 year old mom are just extatic about finally finding an Ophthalmolohist that we liked. My 81 year old mom has been depressed since her last doctor told her she has cataract. Dr. Shokouh finally diagnosed her with dry eyes and mom needed glasses too. She now can see, no one ever bothered to test her since they all told her she has cataract which she does but its not the cataract that was making her eyes blur. We just loved her. ighly recommend her at UCLA.

Its so hard to find a doctor that you trust. She first saw my 11 year old autistic son. She was so patient with him and educated me in many ways that I decided to make an appointment for the rest of the family with her. She is honest and fantastic at what she does. We saw her at UCLA and was accidentally referred to her. Now spreading the word.
