Dr Finesmith has always conducted a very thorough and knowledgeable exam whenever I have an appointment. She detected a very potentially serious problem immediately upon examination and made the best referral for a surgical resolution of the problem. The medication she prescribes for pro active and reactive effect does exactly what she says it will do at minimal cost. Her documentation unquestionably supported a claim for determining compensation for an on going issue with my skin problem. I think that she is one of the best.

I have visited Dr Finesmith's office and had very satisfactory treatment. I have also referred my sister. And my boyfried is her patient as well. We have all shared our experiences and would AND have recommended others for treatment. I know she has many satisfied clients and it is unfortunate that a couple of complainers can ruin her reputation with this web site.

I visit Dr. Finesmith every year or two for routine skin exams and help with occasional moles, etc. She is very professional, knows what she's looking at, and gets the job done. She was recommended to me by one of the best skin cancer doctors in Seattle.

Dr Finesmith has been my wife and my dermatologist for +10 years. We are in our 50s and we see her at least annually. She has always been professional in her examines and keeps thorough record on each of us of any abnormalities. Minor surgeries and freezing have been handled quickly. She keeps us up to date on latest medications for our skin conditions. Both of us are highly satisfied with her care. We would recommend her with full confidence to any acquaintances, family or friends.

Dr. Finesmith was seen to get an annual skin exam and remove a few troublesome skin tabs, moles. The exam was not thorough, merely perfunctory. My eyes swelled in the area that she worked around, when this has not happened with any other dermatologist. She did not have a nurse present and I was under the impression that she worked without one altogether. The appt. was too quick and she seemed to want to move me in and out as quickly as possible. The exam room was messy. This was over a couple of years ago and I am now seeing a dermatologist who is much more thorough and attentive.
