Dr. Radu Kramer's Ratings
Dr. Kramer is stellar!!! This review is more for his front desk staff. They are HORRENDOUS! Rude extremely unprofessional and have ZERO customer service skills. They close their little glass windows and think the patients can't hear them talk about us. Goes to show how unfit and unprofessional they really are.

Today, 8/1/13, I had an appointment with Dr. Kramer as a new patient. I was there to find out that the doctor was not in the office today. Nobody called me to announce that the doctor canceled the appointment. If I don't show up, I have to pay for the visit. If the doctor doesn't show up, nothing happens. All I received in exchange was "sorry" after it was obvious that I was angry. Otherwise the staff wouldn't even bother to apologize; they behaved like this was something normal. I can't rate the doctor's knowledge, but because otherwise I can't submit the opinion, I gave him 3 stars.

Dr. Kramer is the best Dr. I have been to in years. He actually saved my life...when I was told my heart was fine he said there was something wrong and sent me to a cardiac Dr. that he believed in immediately. I was set up for a catherization and found that I needed 3 stents....he is also getting me on track where other Doctors have missed other issues....don't know where I would be without out him. His girls are amazing I travel from Albay New York to see him and yes sometimes you may have to wait but for me he is worth every minute and then some...what can I say I think he is the best!!!!

Dr. Radu Kramer is a cutting edge physician. He incorporates new techniques, information and medication (when appropriate) into his everyday practice. He thinks and works outside the box instead of following the cookie cutter practices of most doctors. He is especially good with the hard to diagnose or treat cases. If you are looking for a new approach to an old problem he is the doctor for you.

A knowledgable and competent doctor. A bit more relaxed than the usual doctor, and open to other possibilities than the drug industry answers.

This is a wonderful doctor that I would recommend to anyone. He is one of a kind and knows what he is doing. The wait is well worth it.

He is a great doctor yes sometimes you do have to wait because he will not rush you through. He truly is a great doctor and person, I have been going to him for many years and will always continue even if I have to pay out of pocket.

The office wait is long so if you are going, plan on waiting. However, he is worth the wait. Dr.Kramer is very careful, conciderate and will not rush through your appointment. The only reason why the wait is long, is because he takes his time with each patient because to him you are an INDIVIDUAL, not just another patient for money. Great doctor- he knows his stuff, great bedside manners and is not hesitant at all to send you to an equally great doctor if he can not resolve your problem. He's been my doctor for about 5 years.
